Jsen Wintle is an accomplished Creative Director and a luxury brand consultant with extensive global experience in creative direction and design.
Jsen has broad market experience as a design consultant in luxury fashion, retail, restaurants, bars, hotels, private aviation and yachts. He brings to these businesses a strong creative and commercial acumen of 15+ years and the ability to develop and build brands.
Jsen has a deep passion in bio technology for advanced sustainable material creation. He is an advocate of the Cradle to Cradle design and is passionate about ecologically conscious, transparent and sustainable design and businesses.
Jsen’s journey is one of a luxury builder and taste maker, where he can utilise his obsession for detail and authentic luxury. Rigorous and impeccable creations are Jsen’s trademark, his work owes as much to architecture as it does to couture.
Jsen conceived and successfully operated a luxury fashion and consulting business (Wintle) for 10+ years in Europe, designing luxury ready-to-wear, accessories and objects. Prior to this he worked with Anouska Hempel in the design for hotels, private residences, bars & restaurants.
Wintle Man was shown as part of the official Paris & London men’s fashion calendar, working with KCD Worldwide. His collections have been stocked in stores globally including Colette, Dover St Market, Harvey Nichols, Beams, Tsum, Podium, & Barney’s, amongst others. In addition to his studio and retail spaces.
Jsen has also undertaken private brand development and styling, throughout the Middle East, Asia, UAE, Qatar, United Kingdom and USA.
He created the luxury lifestyle brand Other Hero, developing and working exclusively with biotech, biodegradable and sustainable materials and practices.
Jsen started BLACKPODS in 2016 in London – a boutique creative consultancy specializing in sustainable, ecological and socially conscious design & direction. Working with clients in Europe and the MEA region.
Wintle also works on TV commercials, and has been the Creative Director of RIISE. A luxury sustainable ecomm and multimedia company.
Jsen created Wintle Studio with a mission to make one-of-a-kind limited-edition luxury linen homewares using only natural dyes. Fuelled by a passion for hand crafted artisan products and traditional natural dyeing techniques.
Marrying tradition with innovation, each piece is meticulously created by hand, a result of diligent experimentation and the application of age-old natural dyeing methods. The journey of crafting each item is a testament to slow design and patience, in some cases taking up to several weeks to complete and utilising various artisanal techniques.
Additionally he continues to consult with clients on a range of interior design concepts and projects.
